Installer was not able to get the touchless pull down to work. We need assistance to determine whether the device is defective.

HELP

We love this faucet and the way it operates is flawless. We like not having to physically touch the faucet to turn it on. An issue we had was taken care of promptly and fully customer service was excellent. Thank you.

Customer service was excellent

Because it is 2020, and all the craziness that it has brought, I bought this faucet so I could wash my hands as soon as I return home, and touch the least amount of surfaces as possible. The faucet met those needs but I had no idea how helpful it would be in general kitchen tasks. No longer do I have to use my pinky finger to turn off the water while holding a full pot in my hands.

Was also pleasantly surprised how easy installation was. Have never messed with a kitchen sink fixture before, but 2 weeks post install and no leaks yet!

How did I live before touchless faucets!?

Very impressed with the faucet, has a very nice look well built. The pull down faucet work flawlessly, installation was very easy to do, getting the touch less connection installed couldn’t have been easier a DYI should have no problem with installation. 

My problem has been my faucet always is the water pressure going down because the screens in the water lines plug up, the solution with this faucet is a filter that is in the touch less connection box, it can’t be any easier to clean. 

 Very easy to clean, nice finish that looks good with a quick wipe. It does come with a soap dispenser which I did install I have never had luck with those working good, the one that comes with this faucet works like it should and has been working great, no complaints. I used the battery connection for the touch less which has been working without a hitch, there is a power plug in adapter that can be used if you don’t want to go the battery route. 

The touch less is great in these times just put your hand under the neck of the faucet and water is on doing the same to turn the water off. If you need to go in manual mode there is a valve you turn on control box which turns off touch less option and you can use handle to turn the water on and off.

This review is for the Maxton touchless kitchen faucet but the Response Technology touchless feature comments can apply to numerous other Kohler faucets using the same system.  The faucet has clean lines that would fit in with many design elements.  The finish is flawless as is usually the case with Kohler products.  It is easy to install with the final tightening of the faucet to the deck being accomplished with a screwdriver rather than a wrench. If you have ever tried to get an 8" wrench in the 2" space commonly found between a sink and its cabinet you will appreciate this feature.  Water supply hoses are already attached to the faucet.  Kohler faucets are generally well made and replacement parts are easily available for decades. 
The touchless feature now seems to work  quite well unlike earlier versions.  A small box attaches to the back of your cabinet that holds six AA batteries and attaches to the faucet spout hose.  You turn on the water with the single handle as on a conventional faucet but no water comes out until you put your hand under the faucet sensor at the top of the loop of the faucet.  It is instantaneous and works very consistently with the Response technology.  So far it has never failed to come on or turn off on command. When you are away from the sink you return the faucet handle to the off position.  If the batteries run down it works as a conventional faucet.   Different versions of this appear to come with an AC adapter and if you have an always on outlet under your sink I would recommend it so you don't need to change batteries.  Kohler sells it also for under $40 which would pay for itself before too long. All in all a nice looking faucet with a touchless feature for staying sanitary and for keeping the faucet from getting wet fingerprints all over it.

This is by far the best faucet I have ever had. Got this a week or so ago and had my husband install it right away. It only took him about 45 minutes to take out the old faucet and install this new one. Even he said installation was pretty easy. It works great. Has wonderful water pressure and is an ease to use. Definitely am recommending to everyone and show it off any chance I get.

I received my Kohler Maxton Touchless Faucet last week
This is a very sleek style and standing at 16.85" H X 10.68" W X 9.03" D Its a conversation piece also. The stainless steel is a amazing choice.

My Parents love the no mess touchless  system  I can say they are amazed at the ease also of the magnetic pull down spray...I have seen joy and ease and beauty added in one after another of Kohler products in our home. 
  On the pull down magnetic spray you have 2 controls also a wide spray and very nice stream. The Spray is very nice wide spray making clean up so easy...But one thing I have found is I love the temp memory..what will they think of next..Very nice for elderly and young.
  The Maxton Touchless Vibrant Stainless 1-Handle Deck Mount Pull-Down Handle/Lever Kitchen Faucet (Deck Plate Included) also comes with a soap dispenser..A beautiful addition to any home .

This faucet is amazing! Looks beautiful in my kitchen. It was so easy to install. I did it myself by looking at the directions provided. I really do love that its touchless which is perfect for my house. I'm definitely buying one for my mothers house.

Installation is very easy, and it only takes about 20 minutes to install. The high arch is perfect for large pots and pans, plus the faucet also pulls down allowing for easy maneuverability. With the touch of a button you can easily change the sprayer to stream or shower, depending on your needs. I’m a huge fan of not having to touch the faucet when handling certain foods, you just put your hand under it and it automatically turns on and off. No more needing soap dispensers on my sink, plus it saves more room and it looks nicer. This is one awesome faucet, we absolutely love it!

Received this faucet from Kohler and the first thing you will notice is the well made construction of this faucet  not a cheap nickel  or chrome plated plastic  all metal here and next is the installation from start to finish it took only 35 minutes  very slick unit Thank you Kohler for the AWESOME PRODUCT!
