With only about a year after installation, the side sprayer no longer works.  Additionally, the main body of the faucet is no longer tight on the sink, and the water control handle rotates with the spout when the spout is moved left or right.

Sprayer quit working after about a year and water control handle rotates with spout.

This is my 2nd faucet first one lasted 2 yrs. second replacement 1 yr. Faucet just starts being hard to turn and finally just locks up completely unusable. Trying to find the warranty info to get it replaced...

Faucet locked up twice, defective

Removed handle to clean with vinegar and found the stem to be cheap plastic, not brass.  Save your money, definitely not worth $200.  I expect it to last a year, tops. Kohler used to make good products, so sad.

second one in 2 years

We have had quite a few problems with our Kohler faucet. It is an expensive faucet with very beautiful design, but with many problems. I would have to say the saving grace is the warranty program which is outstanding. The company has made good on all the defective parts that we needed to get it going again. I have basically replaced the entire faucet over the last 5 years since I installed it. All the internal valves have been replaced several times on here ordering more parts right now, so it does gets old. I am on a well system and we have some calcium in our water so that may have a factor with some of the valves. Got to say the quality has gotten better on the replacement parts. Hope that helps your customers.

bought in January of 2020. replaced faucet November 2021. split was difficult to move Bennett that holds stem would not move impossible to losen finally the Bonnet was so bad it broke. bought new one cause replacement bonnet could not be found I will see how this new one works out this could be my last kohler

We have had Kohler replace this faucet 3 times so far due to leaks that could not be professionally repaired. The faucet body becomes stiff and difficult to move(turn). This last time it was the spray arm that sprung a leak. Damage to the wood under the sink cabinet x3.   Had the Forte Kitchen faucet before Mistos and had similar issues.

Can I give this 0 stars?

These become hard to rotate after a while. 
It was very hard to get the 2.5mm Allen wrench into the hole in the handle.
We found it impossible to unscrew the bonnet nut, which had to be done to take it apart for cleaning.
We gave up and just dripped Citra-Solve, alcohol, and WD-40 on top and rotated it a lot.
It does move somewhat better now, but squeaks when rotated.
Terrible design.
Difficult or impossible to repair.

Very Difficult to Repair

I bought this today.  Easy to install.  The finish is nice and matches our sink basin perfectly.    Everything works nice and smooth, what you expect from Kohler product at an affordable price!
