The stream is barely coming out.  We tried everything with new parts.  Not only did we change the washer too, but now it is impossible to get the handle back on.  Its limp and loose.  I'm debating putting the new faucet replacement in, as I would have to spend at
least 300- for a plumber and then to have the same issue in another year or 4.  I'm thinking of getting another faucet with 5 star reviews and not have this happen again.  My other property has a builder faucet put in, cheapest you could find and I've had it for 20 years now, never a problem.  Kohler should replace this faucet with the similar one that has 5 star reviews.  The Rival®

We bought this faucet on July 27th 2021 for a Kitchen renovation,  This unit was installed by our contractor in January of 2022.  On Friday June 10th 2022 we noticed our flooring buckling on our recently refurbished floor.  We then went to our lower level to discover that the leak from this faucet ruined the ceiling drywall, then went down the wall to ruin our baseboard.  There is no way a consumer would continue to check the leakage underneath a cabinet.  We have no idea what additional damage there is on our new cabinets. This is pathetic and Kohler should be ashamed of this product.  Our Contractor installed a Moen.  Kohler will be held responsible for this damage.
