It is a beautiful faucet, but it is expensive and it leaks - anytime the water is turned on, it leaks from the handles. Sprayer drips non stop. The faucet has been replaced twice and internal parts to "rebuild it" have been sent three times and it STILL leaks. While the replacement and the parts have been "free" under warranty, we have had to pay a plumber each time to make the repairs. Tired of the lack of concern by Kohler when we call to explain the repeated issues. Faucet looks great in our kitchen, but it is time to replace it with something else - ANOTHER added expense.

I loved the faucet the first few days after installation but then I noticed the cold water handle started to become loose. Now it rattles when I go to use it. I can't see anyway to tighten it. Very disappointing considering how much I paid for it. Sure looks nice.
