A couple of weeks after purchasing this faucet the button stopped working correctly. It doesn’t change between sprays and falls out intermittently. All the clips appear to be unbroken, so it’s just a design issue.

Spray button is defective

Kohler's customer service is great, and they are about to send me a third faucet replacement. There is a design flaw here, where sediment can get trapped beyond the water line connections, after the mixer valve, but before the water sprayer. What does that mean? It means that if you ever get calcium build-up or a piece of sediment that gets to this point, there is no way to fix it. You have to replace the entire unit. Poor design, a waste of money for Kohler to send replacements, a waste of resources to keep throwing out an otherwise good faucet, and a waste of my time to keep replacing facuets.

Great faucet - unless you occasionally get sediment in your water

Have had this faucet for 3 months, and suddenly the cold water has no pressure, just the cold. Plumber checked the cartridge and hoses, and can’t clear it, the problem is in the valve body itself.

Low flow

I checked out the reviews on here. And that white plastic thing in the hose is the culprit. The good thing is, it’s very easy to fix. You can pull back the quick release tab gently and then pull it down and it should release. And get to that plastic thing. And then you can unscrew that plastic thing from the hose. And then the plastic thing has a filter inside it. You can unscrew one of the ends. And clean out the filter. I used a tiny screw driver to poke out the tiny holes in the light blue plastic thing. And then washed out the sediment. And then reassembled the filter. Screwed it back on the hose. And clicked it on the quick connect end. And bam water pressure restored.

After about a year. Water pressure fell badly, easy to fix

Hi, I am having similar problems as mentioned in other reviews. Almost immediately the water flow became very low and purging the lines as suggested in the instructions did not help. Also to switch to sprayer I have to hold the button down which is awkward and unlike other kitchen faucets I've used. I think it's supposed to lock in sprayer mode but it doesnt. I've been happy with Kohler products in the past but for this price I am very disappointed. I see Kohler reps monitor these reviews and I'm hoping they can help.

Low water flow and sprayer lock doesn't work

The water splashes all over the place. Bought it brand new. We have a new deep sink and this faucet splashes the water all over the place. Very disappointed.

Splashes all over sink!

I bought this faucet to match out new appliances and countertops. The faucet is beautiful but water spatters everywhere instead of a having clean straight stream that you would expect from a new faucet.

Absolutely beautiful but water spatters everywhere

The faucet squeals every time you use the pull down hose after 2 years…not good.

Makes crazy noises after two years

The faucet was fantastic for the first few months/year now I have no water pressure. We were told we need a key to try to open it up and clean it to resolve the problem. I tried getting help from the company and they responded a few times and now they are ignoring me.

Loved it at first now I have no water pressure

We bought this faucet for our new kitchen remodel. It got installed by professional plumbing company in early Aug. 2018. The faucet works very well and looks nice and sleek. The spray head is powerful and retracts like it should. The only issue I have is about 2 wks. ago the faucet started leaking at the ball swivel between the hose and spray head. So if you're rinsing dishes with hot water it drips down the spray head onto your hand which hurts. The solution evidently is to buy a $40 hose kit. Today is 3/10/21, so does that mean every 2.5 years I'm going to have to purchase this hose kit to fix my faucet? This is not only sad if that's the case, but also a pain. I'm not sure if that's even worth it. Might be better off buying a new faucet, one that won't leak after 2 yrs.

Nice Looking Faucet, worked great until.........
