This faucet was great for a few years. The magnet rusted and fell of the back of the spray head recently. Unfortunately, I don't believe they make replacements for it anymore. We loved this faucet...until now.

Bought this from Costco. Hose started to leak and then sheared off at the spray and head fell off. Is there a replacement hose for this model. Don’t want to pull whole faucet and sink to return it to Costco. No happy about this.

Brand new - trickle from 1st install.  Spent 3 hours trying to take it apart and replaced the cartridge - but still nothing.  Kohler has been good in past but this is a trust breaking debacle for me.  This faucet clearly has a proclivity to blockage and its not in the areas you would hope/expect ie the cartridge or the head aerator.  There is something here that they are clueless about or not telling us.  Very annoyed at not being able to use the new spare kitchen I built over 3 months because of this "semi-pro" faucet.

I've got the same problem as others are reporting here. Out of nowhere one day the flow reduced to a trickle. Spent a ton of money on a plumber trying to debug various things only to eventually find it is a failure somewhere deep inside the faucet itself.

Bought this faucet from Costco and had a plumber replace the old faucet with it. Now not getting any hot water. Called Kohler and was told they never heard of this issue but I see a previous review mention the exact same problem. Have ordered a replacement cartridge, hope that addresses the issue.

I got this faucet and loved it. I wish I had read reviews sooner- suddenly out of the blue the faucet had a slow trickle leak. I had a plumber and the water township plumber troubleshoot my water flow. All boiled down to the actual faucet becoming defective. This is unfortunate as the cost of having the master plumber install a new one is hefty. Hopefully, Kohler deals with this elegently.

Works great until it doesn't

I had the same "low flow" issue like all the other reviews....it appears there's a (not sure of the correct name) "drip screen/nipple" in the main faucet body that often plugs up with sediments, old pipe pcs. You get to it by removing the spring and look down into the main body.  This part does not show up in the Kohler service part diagram. Maybe this is why Kohler support also not aware of it...if you remove it...facet will flow like the river. But now...1) I want to know what was the function of this part? and 2) Is it ok to leave it out? Help?

I bought this faucet less than 2 years ago. Suddenly, and without warning, the water just started trickling out, so we took off the head, but nope that wasn't it. Called the plumber and after many pressure tests and the like, they thought it was the cartridge; however there was no cartridge to be found anywhere in town. I called Kohler and they sent me a new cartridge and head immediately. In the meantime, I bought the black K24662-BL to try to replace this one (just didn't trust it and that was before I read the reviews) and for speed of getting a new faucet. Well, the plumber came back to install the black one, but it arrived dented right in the front, so I had no choice but to install the replacement cartridge. Well, that did nothing to fix the problem, so I called Kohler again. They couldn't send me the black faucet saying they didn't have it to send and ordered the replacement of this dud one. I am super concerned now and more than frustrated having not had a kitchen faucet for over a week. There is obviously a third trip here for the plumber and this is getting quite costly. I am afraid to install the replacement in case it dies again... I can't keep paying the plumber to come out no matter how nice it looks. It  doesn't work.

Great Service BUT Defective Faucet?

I bought this a while back and im just installing it on 2/22/22.  The water flow is so week that I had to remove it and install another brand.  Sarah I would like a replacement valve as this is the only thing that seems to be restricting the water flow. I can remove the valve and I get great water pressure through the body ports.

whats going on, is everyone having the same water flow issue

Got this faucet in a sink+faucet kit from Costco a few days ago. No matter what I do, I can get no hot water to flow. I back-flushed supply lines. When I switched hot and cold supply lines, I get flow from hot water valve position, but still only cold water. Called customer support, and they’re shipping me a new valve. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, will return to Costco.
