Product worked just for a couple weeks. Didn’t connect to WiFi. Called they sent another control board, again worked for a couple weeks then quit. Junk. At least the wave on and off still works. Waste of my money

Voice commands. Not really

Spent $600 on a faucet that was voice controlled, which did not work out of the box. Kohler sent me a new control board, which said would be here in 30 days, didn't show up for over 90 days. Will now connect to voice, but will only turn water on or off, will not pre measure amounts of water. App is terrible, manufacturer web site has no help, will not buy another one and would love to have my money back on this one.

Purchased this not knowing of the serious lack of features when using Apple home kit. Extremely over priced for simply turn and and off using iOS devices / Siri. Motion sensor works a bit to well since it gets cycled on and off by steam when trying to strain out pasta that I wasn’t trying to rinse. Since the 4 weeks of use. Already had to unplug and telling unit 4 times just to regain connectivity to Apple home kit. Maybe this product is better off with good and Alexa. Highly not recommended for HomeKit integration.

We thought it would really cool to have the kitchen faucet not only touchfree but voice controlled. Let’s start with what’s good about the faucet:
- Built quality of the faucet is decent. It’s not at the level I have come to expect from Kohler but it’s not awful. It definitely isn’t worth $500 bucks. 
- Touch free works for the most part. Having touch free is pretty great. Unfortunately it isn’t super consistent. Works maybe 95% of the time. 
Now, let’s talk about the bad. 
- Getting this connected to the internet the first time, is a test of one’s patience. It’s just down right awful. 
- Heaven forbid if you lose internet connection... it’s an adventure in random luck as whether it will connect again or if you have to figure out how to reconnect it. Like this morning. It just decided to randomly lose its connection to the internet and I’ve power cycled it and still not connected again. I’m giving up. It’s pretty lame. 
- Online documentation is an adventure in hunting it down via google. One would think you’d have a better online support function... like from the Kohler app. 
- The Kohler Konnect app... This app is pretty awful. It’s janky as all hell. Updates break either the faucet’s connection to the internet or it’s Alexa skill and sometimes it breaks both. And why are they using only Microsoft to manage passwords? And if you need to reset password, you can’t do it from the Microsoft Authenticator, you have to close the app and go back to the Kohler app login and reset it there. That’s just dumb and a horrible user experience. Kohler- you’re able to build an app, you handle managing passwords within it. It’s not that tough. 

In my opinion, I’d suggest you save the extra money and buy a different faucet. You’ll save some money, and a whole lot of headaches. I could return it, I would in a heart beat but unfortunately, I’m past that point and I’m about 8 days from not having a factory warranty on it. Highly recommend you skip this one.

Not worth the money. Voice control is awful. Save your money

This faucet lives up to the Kohler name, well designed, smooth operation, sleek and smart.  The Kohler Konnect application is easy to set up and very intuitive,  It walked me through the Amazon Alexa skill with ease.  

So, why not 4 stars.  I was most excited about the smart portion control, "Alexa, pour me a cup of water from Kitchen Faucet", but a cup comes out ~1.25.  Upon reading further I discovered that water pressure and flow rate can affect the accuracy, so now, instead of being a true cooks helper, it's just a novelty.
I've worked in the beverage business for 30 years, Kohler engineers could do a number of things to improve the accuracy.  Rotameter flow meters, software that has a calibration mode etc..  I will experiment using BUNN flow washers that come with the ITCB brewers, see if adding a specific sized orifice on the inlet will increase the accuracy.  This is an inexpensive alternative and one that Kohler could easily include in the installation kit.  So for now, still real happy I have a quality Kohler faucet, but disappointed the overall experience fell short of expectation.

Great Product, could be better.

Took forever to finally get it to connect to the network, then when attempting to use Alexa, it does tells me that I don't have the skill connected.  I go to Alexa and enable it, then NOPE.  Using just the phone app, it still does not work.  I unplug it  and it will last, but not Alexa, for about a few minutes, then nothing.  I should have just purchased the touchless and not voice.  Would have saved me $150.00.

Terrible Product

Purchased in early May 2020.  Solid construction; easy to install & use.  Glad we didn't skimp on price.
