For a $300+ faucet to start losing paint after just over a year is ridiculous. The worst part is the paint that wore off is at the front of  the base where there is absolutely no movement. The paint is so thin on this product that you can’t even feel the unevenness from unfinished metal to where there is still paint. 

I purchased my house in 2020 and have made multiple upgrades, Kohler toilets, Kohler faucets, and now I come to find out that my “Semi-professional” kitchen faucet has a 1 year warranty and in essence becomes an ugly piece of junk just months after. This could have happened sooner, but my wife just pointed it out to me. Oh, the soap dispenser is showing similar wear!!!!

Kohler needs to make this right if they want to keep me as a customer. If not, oh well, there’s probably higher quality stuff on Amazon straight from China for a quarter of the price.

Do not buy!!!

I bought it 9 months ago and it worked fine until last week.   Then without warning or any other indication,  water started leaking out of the sides prior to getting to the sprayer.  It's basically useless.   How do I get a replacement?  Everytime I turn on the faucet I forget it's broken and have a big mess to clean up.

As others have mentioned - You CAN NOT disassemble the spray head to clean out the diffuser and screen.  Just throw it away.  CHEAP GARBAGE!

Terrible Spray Head Design

Thought this would be nice. Certainly payed a pretty penny for a working product. Spray head spatters water everywhere. I installed this exactly as the instructions describe with a line flushing before I use the sprayer head. I also cleaned the sprayer head with water and vinegar after the problem was found. No way to fix this flawed product.

As already described, the design is flawed.  No access to clean the aerator causing any small debris to make for a reduced and irregular flow right out of the box.

Shortly after installing the faucet, I noticed that the stream of water had turbulent flow and spattered badly enough to spay my countertops outside of the sink.  Figuring that some sediment had gotten lodged in the aerator, I looked for a way to remove and clean the screen.  After coming up fruitless, I called customer support, and was told that the aerator can’t be removed, and to try to descale it in vinegar and water instead.  

A $420 fixture that can’t be maintained is useless.

[Employee of kohler] I updated my apartment's kitchen faucet with the Sentra and struggle to imagine life before having a faucet without sweep spray. The sweep spray is great for rinsing off hard-stuck food on plates, cooking pans, silverware, etc. It really sets the dishwasher up for success and eliminates the need to rewash or clean dishes by hand by rinsing them with the sweep spray before putting them in the dishwasher. The Sentra has excellent range and also looks great with the tight coils and extended height. 

One thing to note, the spray-head does have a secure magnetic connection but still does need some slight guidance to the bridge which can be a slightly different feel compared to some pull-down faucets.
