The faucet has a clean and elegant design with a high arc to fill pots easily and an easy to use pull down head. I wish this came with the Berry Soft spray feature like the Artisan line faucet in my previous home. The spray feature with its horizontal spray is not very effective for small items like a strainer of delicate berries.

Excellent faucet except for spray design

This faucet was exactly what I was looking for. Great quality, easy installation and it looks great. You can't go wrong with Kohler.

Great Faucet

I have an older Kohler kitchen faucet that needed a new part. I was told that my model had been discontinued. When I was told this, I thought for sure I would be in the market for a new faucet. It turns out, Kohler replaced my discontinued faucet with a brand new model. They did this at no expense. Not only are their products dependable, but so is the way they treat their customers.

My previous Moen faucet of 22 years finally stopped working. Even though I've despised Kohler for my 25-year plumbing career. A general contractor said I should give it another try. The biggest problem with this faucet is the hose length for the sprayer. It's like 4 ft long, where is all that hose going to go underneath the kitchen cabinet? The best part is you are supposed to use a cable tie to create a stop for the hose weight. This is a $500 faucet and I have to use a cable tie that's not even provided to make this product function. The other thing I thought was strange normally it's the hotline that's marked on the faucet. This faucet had the cold line marked. Not a big deal just hooked it up to the cold side. They had it miss marked, that was actually the hotline. So my opinion about Kohler has not changed in my 25-year plumbing career, it's still junk.

A $500 faucet that needs a zip tie...

Bought in Feb used about 20 times the bost feature on spray quit working was sent a replacement that worked a few times and quit working I will be going on my third nozzle in 6 mos when I have it replaced it works a few times the button sticks and quits working g
