I am a designer for a design/build firm.   I first chose this faucet for a client as I was so pleased with the look of it that I purchased it for my own home remodel.   Once I started working with this faucet and saw it's control for increased pressure as well as the fan spray option I was even happier with my choice.    I purchased the black and gold and it's very rich looking, streamlined and easy to clean.

My favorite kitchen faucet ever.

Bought this faucet and it does not sit far enough over sink basin. Head angles slightly backward making it difficult to wash bigger pots and pans.  Tried to return after installing and quickly realizing it won’t function for our needs. Kohler refused the return. Very disappointed in the poor customer service. We chose Kohler as it has been know to be reputable. Now we have a $560 faucet we cannot use.

We bought this faucet about 2.5 yrs ago. It has developed a leak at the swivel ball that attaches to the spray head and drips when in use. Even though it gets a lot of use, it seems a design flaw when parts need replacing this quickly, especially when we have older faucets that have never needed anything.

Not the quality we expected from Kohler

Works great. Quality is heavy duty. Looks beautiful. Would highly recommend.

Excellent faucet

For 1 year I owned the black TONE Pull-down kitchen sink faucet with 3 function sprayhead and it started leaking underneath the sink. it was a small drip so it could have been dripping for a while. the drip left a watermark in my cabinet, and the hose under the drip, from the quick connect to the supply line, was rusted.

Having said that, I contacted Kohler thru a chat agent, and without question they sent the quick connect assembly and it arrived within 4 days. So the 4 stars is because that is less than ideal for a mechanism to breakdown within a year, but the repair was simple and the process was easy. THANK YOU!

Great faucet until it starts leaking ...

As soon as the 1 year warranty was up, as others have stated, the water boost button has failed, stuck in down position.

Do yourself a favor and go with another brand!! Seem's like these are designed to fail after one year!!!
