We bought one of these units a couple of years ago. It worked fine for about a year, although the flow was somewhat restricted. We just got used to it. Then it started to become intermittent, both by not shutting off and unexpectedly turning on. My assumption was that the solenoid was becoming sticky. When I checked for a replacement, one from Kohler was over $80 and there did not seem to be any after-market replacements. We put the control box in "manual" mode and continued to use the faucet. Over the last year, the sprayer / straight flow control on the head would not stay in the flow mode, making a very irritating nose as it slipped into spray mode. In frustration, I replaced the unit with a new manual faucet. In retrospect, I probably should have just replaced the head assembly (for $35 plus shipping!) but did not know they were available at the 
time.

Should have been better engineered for the price

Like some others, the water flow slowed dramatically. The issue is the electronic controlled valve. When removed, the water flow was perfect again. I wanted to get the touchless feature back so I contacted Kohler to get the part.  
The faucet was installed by the previous owner of the home and the receipt was not saved. Kohler’s customer service solution was a link to their service department for me to buy the part - at a ridiculous price. There are 3-4 brand new complete touchless Kohler kitchen faucets at a popular large hardware chain that sell for cheaper than what Kohler is trying to charge for the part. Very disappointing. Maybe I should go with a different brand.

Touchless feature won’t last; replacement part is EXPENSIVE!

The touchless feature shuts off the flow without my intention more often than when I want to use the touchless feature to either turn the faucet on or off.  Our house cleaners accidentally stopped the flow and couldn’t figure out how to start it up again.  I cannot figure out how to turn off the touchless feature.  I will need to replace the faucet.

Touchless feature drives me crazy

In the beginning this faucet was great. Now, a few years later I wonder if it was worth the hassle? Problems include:
Low flow rate over time and the screens are difficult to access and clean. Bits of black rubber build up. Likely from one of the washers decaying.
Intermittent function - Of late it sometimes won't work at all, turns off when you extend the head, or randomly works. Have to unplug the power brick and reset it. Have cleaned the sensor and checked all connections.
Guests - Having to always explain how to use it when we have guests over is a pain and they sometimes turn the water off using the handle. Also you get conditioned to using it and find yourself waving your hands under non-touchless faucets (LOL)

Worth the trouble?

3 1/2 yrs later, the spray head diverter will not stay on full flow mode but keep kicks back to spray mode. Called Kohler and its under warranty. They will send a new spray head. Also clarified the warranty of the faucet and she confirmed its lifetime. Not 5 yrs only. Good. Because I believe this will be a recurring problem. Soaking the head in vinegar over night did not help either.

After just 3 years, the Kohler faucet in my home began malfunctioning. First, the hot water flow diminished. Then it started pulsating, and eventually it stopped working entirely, preventing any water from flowing. This performance is unacceptable for a brand known for quality craftsmanship. I'm hoping the workmanship warranty will cover the replacement, as I'm very disappointed with the durability and reliability of this product. Avoid this model.

Not a good product

So I too bought my faucet from Costco. There is practically no water pressure, disconnected entire electrical system. The unit does not work. Tries to clean it to no avail. Took off the spray assembly and wow I now have water pressure. Now what? I put the spray assembly back on but now I do not have the automatic no touch feature and low water pressure from the spray assembly. I refuse to purchase another faucet.

Bought a r-32323-sd Touchless from Costco . Four years later the hot water volume started coming out in a trickle . Kohler sent me replacement parts and Voila ! Back to normal . I did notice the hot water line had collapsed at a bend in the hose when I was replacing the module . I straightened it and the flow came out even stronger after doing this to the hose

After use the faucet for two years, water flow becomes very small. Remove the valve and reconnect the faucet without the valve, water flow becomes normal. To remove valve just press the color plastic and pull it off the faucet on each end, then reconnect the faucet by insert and push together.

Faucet valve has issue

I had this faucet for a couple of years now and it has always given us issues from day one.  Now the touch less sensor has gone bad. Is only my wife and I in the house so the use is not extensive. I believe is poor quality from the get go.
