Main Global Footer Experience Fragment

I just got it today and may give it a five next month but now Im only reviewing the looks of it.

It's only been a week installed, but so far it's great.

Bought yesterday, attempt install today. Main threaded base will not accept nut. Tried to get support via chat, no help. Piece is now damaged beyond use and cannot find parts breakdown bc chat window keeps popping up, plus no product listed in parts. Volt model # R26573-SD-VS

I now have a useless new faucet plus had to destroy old unit to remove.

Poor quality, poor support!

Overall, this faucet is fantastic!  It operates quite smoothly after installing it this past Saturday, 1/7/22, with a minimal learning curve based on the installation guide.  Right now, I have only these aspects to point out:

 * Installation guide: At step eight ("Flush the hot and cold water for 1 minute"), the diagram depicts water streaming into a bucket from a hose.  This hose appears to be long enough to reach just above a bucket.  I, naturally, thought that this was the remaining silver hose to be connected; well, it was. However, its length was far too short to reach close enough to the bucket; in fact, it ended at the bottom of the sink.  So, I ended up with some water sprayed into the cabinet.  After learning a lesson the hard way, I proceeded with steps nine and 10, and did the flush.

* A plastic ring to attach to the perimeter of the shank's bottom was not provided.  This is to protect mainly the spray hose from being damaged by the rigidness of the shank each time the hose is extended and retracted.  This plastic part came with my former kitchen faucet by P***e P*****r and I thought it was standard equipment for this type of faucet.  I am thinking of what to use to improvise before it is too late.

A few dollars more for aesthetics AND durability

I installed the Volt a few months ago and now I have to press the controls very hard to change back from spray to full flow. At some times it is changing to spray without me selecting spray mostly when I turn the faucet on for the first time in the morning.

Kitchen Faucet

This was super easy to install, my husband did it in about 10 minutes! Everything you need is in the box. It works super well, water doesn't leak out of anywhere it shouldn't. It looks amazing right out of the box and installed. It def looks like it should be more expensive than it is. Highly recommend.

I like it, it was east to install and looked elegant. I like that it come with a soap dispenser. So I don't have to buy one separately and hame to make sure it matches the faucet. I will be recommending this to my friends

Love it

We got this a few week ago and absolutely love it. We had a very outdated faucet that leaked before and this was the perfect replacement. It was super easy to put together and took about a 1/2 to get it going. Would recommend this faucet to anyone in the market for a new one.

Love this faucet

This faucet is simply gorgeous and the instructions that we received with it are so easy to follow. We have never had a pull/down faucet before and I’m not sure I ever want a normal (not pull-down) faucet ever again! Great brand, great product!

Gorgeous faucet

This kitchen faucet comes with everything needed for install. Directions are clear and simple, no guessing needed! I did this as a DIY project and it was super simple to complete, especially if you already have the holes in your countertop/sink. The supply lines come with it and are flexible to fit around any piping or obstructions that may be there already. When I turned the faucet on I was impressed with the water pressure as well!
