I purchased this sink from a local retailer for a new build completed in April 2025 .  After only a few months, this “solid color throughout” sink began to show serious white scratches.  Kohler’s excuse: “our warranty covers manufacturing, not materials”.  You will not be able to place anything metal (pots, pans, turkey roaster, cookies sheets, kitchen utensils, etc.) in the sink without resulting in very noticeable, unsightly  scratches.  The materials in this sink are of very poor quality, meant only for showrooms, not normal residential use.  Kohler’s advice:  “use the metal racks provided to protect the bottom of the sink.”  The racks are just more stuff to clean, and do nothing to protect the sides of the sink.  In fact, the racks themselves caused damage to the sink when trying to clean them. Ridiculous to have to “protect” a kitchen sink from the normal, everyday use of cleaning pots & pans.  Kohler eventually refunded the cost of the sink, but refused to cover damages re-installation of an undermount sink might cause to countertop, tile backsplash, plumbing or cabinetry (potentially $5000 or more).  Don’t buy this sink, you will regret it ☹

BUYER BEWARE !

I bought this some time ago to make sure I had it when needed. But unfortunately the remodel has been delayed more than 3 months and I won’t be able to mount it until December/January timeframe😣

Minimal cabinet remodeling with this short skirt model.

If you are just wanting to add a farm sink, this Kohler part makes it easy.  I would recommend throwing the included towel hanger in the garbage, it falls off easily and it won’t hold a towel without a ring attached, very annoying.
