I've purchased Kohler sinks before and they are the best; however, the first sink was broken.  The replacement was great.  You covered the cost to dispose of the broken sink - that was great.  I bought a beautiful toilet but it was delivered broken.  The second toilet was broken and the third didn't work.  Your packaging is not sufficient.  And this is coming from a retired packaging engineer.
