Black mold builds up especially if you are using the accessories. This is because water is trapped

I had my sink installed last week & I HATE IT ALREADY.  Water just sits there, doesn't drain like you'd expect with the sloping drain.  Had plumber recheck & the drain was installed correctly & a level shows it slopes towards the drain, but water just sits there.  I was told to buy a 304 satin finish stainless sink but was impressed with the function of the workstation so forgot that suggestion.  Live & learn.  I am so discussed and disappointed in this Kohler product.

Stainless is poor quality & scratches way to easily

I love this sink.  It really is much more than a sink.  It is a dirty dish holder, cutting board, drying rack, soaking station and colander all in one.  I like the plastic racks, because they don’t scratch the stainless steel.  I keep them on the bottom shelf to protect the bottom of the sink.  I would buy two more racks, if I could find them.

The best sink ever!

Thrilled with this sink! It's taken me a couple of months to adjust my cooking and cleaning to use the features of the sink since it's my first "workstation" sink. I keep one of the racks in the sink for drying a few things and the other pieces in a cabinet below for easy access. I have pretty small counters on either side of the sink in my condo kitchen, so I'm appreciating mise-en-place preparation in and next to the sink and not all over the counters. I looked at a number of brands of this type of sink and thought the Kohler one addressed the kind of daily tasks I do around the house better than others with the three level heights and the assortment of racks and tub & colander. A quick hand washing of small items is a breeze in the washtub as is dropping dirty utensils into soapy water for a quick hand washing. 
The sink is deeper than other ones I've had, and when coupled with a high arching pulldown faucet I've found there can be splashing - especially if the water hits a spoon or bowl sitting on the bottom. I'm really appreciating having an easy to use pull down spout and learning to bring it to the pot or plant to minimize splashing and to rinse the sink under the grate that sits at mid height on the left side of the sink. 
Given the size of my condo kitchen, I'm happy with the smaller size sink, but if room allows, the bigger one would be better. If I put the colander or a drain rack at the right for collecting/washing veggies, and the other rack to the left for draining items, the gap in the middle is tight to use without splashing the other stuff I'm working on. The bigger sink would allow a wider space to use the faucet into when multiple accessories are in place.

Improves work flow

Just got installed yesterday. It is a beautiful sink. My concern is that it looks so easy to scratch which will ruin it. Kohler - any advice here?

Newly Installed

We saw this advertised on America’s Test Kitchen and decided to purchase it while having our kitchen re-modeled.  The first one we received was so our of square the countertop fabricator called to warn us not to use it.  We then ordered a second one and it was/is also slightly out of square but we decided to use it anyway.  We have now had it installed for a little over a year and I hate it!  Food particles wash from side to side rather than down the drain and crud accumulates in the corners and in the ledges that support the racks, wash tub, and colander.  I am constantly washing mold and mildew off of the racks.  I am hoping to replace it with a Blanco sink

I have had this sink installed for 3 weeks now and already it has scratches.  So disappointing since this is a very expensive sink.  I keep the grates in the bottom of the sink but that does not keep it from scratching.  And - I noticed that one of the grates already has a crack in it.  I expected more from a brand like Kohler.  The workstation concept is great but for the price the quality should be so much better.
