I just had this installed in August. We were limited in the size of the mirror we could order and was happy to find this size. It looks nice enough but was dissapointed to see that it does not close properly.  I looked over at the mirror from the shower and noticed the door was not closed all the way. All the moisture from the shower was getting inside the cabinet. The door does not close properly and after reading some of the reviews I am not the only one to encounter this. The door swings open too far to the right. The door not closing evenly is a big problem for me. I wish I kept my old medicine cabinet.

Disappointed the door does not close evenly.

The reflective material at the edge of the mirror has come off in several places. This is in a bathroom that is not used a lot.

Good quality as with other Kohler products. Easy install.  Love that the inside is mirrored too. Good storage space.

Bought in 2019, by 2022 edges started to de-silver leaving unsightly edges. Here’s a picture in 2024. Room is well ventilated and dry California conditions. Other mirrors in the same bathroom holding up strong. Don’t waste your money: it may be well priced, but replacing every couple of years mounts up. Warranty covers is limited to one year. Buyer beware!

As nice as the chest is, it turned out that we couldn’t use it. The company policy on returns is that we pay for shipping. FedEx wanted $85; the post office $133. So we just kept it thinking we can use it somewhere else. 
In this day and age of Amazon returns, I won’t be buying from Kohler anymore.

The medicine chest was good. The return policy is bad.

Beautiful product. Well made. Fit the already existing opening perfectly.
