The door of this medicine cabinet doesn't close all the way at the top, only at the bottom. I've already installed it so I can't return. It's noticeable because the side faces the entry of the bathroom. It would be nice if the shelves inside were adjustable.

This is my third Maxstow 20x24 medicine cabinet.... by far the best construction and shelf placement. My issue is with the soft close. The first two had soft close hinges but the third one did NOT! When I called Kohler to get the soft close hinges, the representative told me that was no longer an option and I couldn't even buy them....WHAT?? Very disappointed in my recent Kohler purchases as a Wisconsin native that always supported Kohler products.

Great cabinet but NO SOFT CLOSE

I bought this medicine cabinet over a month ago, I love it! It’s very sturdy and attractive and serves the function I needed most keep the clutter off the counter.

Really like the light, much better than the lighted mirrors on Amazon. Throws off a lot of light!! The interior is a bit small, but good for my small bathroom

We've been using this cabinet for about half a year. I love the staggered shelves as we can store our electric toothbrushes inside. If you want the door to swing the other way, just flip the whole unit upside down. It is exactly the same. That's what we did. The value for the cost is great.

We bought this cabinet because of the simplicity and clean design.  The template didn't work for our bathrooom due to a previous recessed cabinet so we had to drill new holes, which wasn't a problem.  After we were all finished and were looked at our work we realized the mirro/door didn't properly cover the cabinet.  Nothing we have tried to do has solved the problem.  The top hinge mechanism is loose and will not tighten.  We are dissappointed with all the work we have done to have the cabinet door not flush and loose. I could not recommend this Maxstrow based on our experience.
