I bought a large medicine cabinet directly from Kohler and accidentally bought the wrong size . If I had purchased from Home Depot the return would have been free . Most Kohler did was provide a label and given the weight the cost of return was over $400.00. Will never buy direct from them again. I ended up donating it

I purchased this medicine cabinet, and it was very expensive. I chose to purchase it because I wanted a quality product, and that was not to be found in this item. The parts that hold the shelves inside the cabinet are PLASTIC! The write-up never stated the materials of the shelf holders; I had to guess by looking at an expanded photo of the cabinet online. I could have easily paid less than half the cost of this cabinet to get the same shelf holders from another manufacturer. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the quality. Those shelf holders should have been metal for the price of the cabinet. I needed that cabinet installed for immediate use, so I could not return it. If I had time, I would have returned it. ALSO, the bracket that the cabinet hangs on when mounted on the wall was so thin, it bent under the weight of the cabinet! THIS is what Kohler quality has become??? I am not going to be buying any more of the Kohler product line. My personal experience has confirmed that the quality is not at the same high standard it once was. Sooooo disappointed in Kohler!

Quality wasn't what I had expected

Not pleased. I would have thought the door would open further than 90degrees or make mention on the product description. Hardware doesn’t exist from Kohler to make open any further.

Only opens 90degrees

Replaced an old wooden medicine cabinet with this lovely, well made cabinet and the mirrored side kit. Excellent packaging prevented shipping damage. A mirror on the back of the door is handy for applying makeup. The new cabinet brightens and updates our sink area. Love the new look.

Attractive and Well Made Medicine Cabinet

Verdera 40x30 is a high quality medicine cabinet--the nicest one we have ever purchased. Couple of tips for buyers: (1) soft-close hinges available in PAIRS (not per hinge!) @ about $56; (2) the hinge locations are preset and CANNOT be reversed (e.g., left swing to right swing) although the installation instructions are unclear; (3) for surface mount, bottom edges and corners of cabinet are razor sharp to the touch and need to be sanded down to avoid getting cut or poked.
