As a remodeling contractor, I’ve installed countless medicine cabinets over the years, including many from Kohler. While the product itself is typically well-built and stylish, what you’d expect from a premium brand, the lack of easily accessible installation information is frustrating and inefficient, especially for professionals.

I needed rough opening dimensions before framing and was surprised to find that Kohler doesn’t provide downloadable installation instructions online for this model. That’s a major oversight. Having to hunt down basic specs slows down jobs and adds unnecessary friction to what should be a straightforward process.

Kohler really needs to make their product documentation more accessible. A simple PDF with rough opening dimensions and install details should be standard, especially for items meant to be recessed. Until then, I’ll be cautious about recommending these to clients who want a smooth install process.

We’ve purchased several Verdera medicine cabinets. I love the clean style, quality of materials and the interior mirrors. They are well made. Variety of sizes worked well with our remodel. When we had damage from shipping, customer service was responsive in getting a replacement or replacement parts shipped right away. Their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced; each different rep was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I will always choose Kohler products.

Top Quality & Customer Service

Cabinet is well made, and attractive. The only negative is that it comes with four glass shelves, but only enough clips for three shelves. I had to contact Kohler to get the additional clip[s. It makes no sense to me that they skimp on four plastic clips, in a $800-plus cabinet.
