We paid extra to have a door that doesn’t slam, and this one closed as promised. However, it doesn’t close evenly, there is a larger space at the top of the door opening than at the bottom.  My husband followed the directions in the manual and adjusted the hinges; that helped some, but not totally.  It’s annoying, especially for this much money, but I guess we’ll live with it.

Please know the door swings open only roughly 100degrees. Kohler offers no hinges for a 180degree swing. The interior mirror of the door is rendered useless.

Medicine cabinet

Very pleased with my cabinet.  The packaging arrived without issues. Being mostly glass I was concerned.  My husband completed the installation in a very short time. The design is a wonderful addition to our bathroom.  I am delighted with the purchase.

Great product

I bought two of these for two different renovations, the back mirror is slipping and is not attached to the cabinet at all. The renovations are done and the only way to get to it is to rip everything out and replace it with something better. I open the cabinet an I can see 2x4’s at the top and sides! Very disappointing since I do like the style.

We had to order these in December 2021 along with the rest of our Kohler items so we would be sure to have them for our remodel which started in June 2022 (which wasn’t enough lead time for everything but that’s another issue). The cabinets were installed in July but the remodel wasn’t finished until mid-August. Starting with the 3rd time I used the magnifying mirror, it wouldn’t stay up in place. It would just slide down the track. I could still use it but I would have to hold onto it or it would just slide down and actually knock off the plastic piece at the bottom and fall out onto the vanity. I needed to use it this morning but I also needed my other hand so I let go of it hoping it would stay in place. Naturally I was disappointed but this time, when the mirror hit the vanity, it broke. Sorry, but a mirror that won’t stay in place is worthless. Now that it is broken, I’ll just put my own mirror fix in place. If I could go back and do it again, I wouldn’t pay the extra for the adjustable mirror. In fact, I probably wouldn’t pay the inflated cost of Kohler. I could have gotten something just as nice but without the worthless add-on for a lot less money

Adjustable mirror is a joke

We put this in a little used guest bathroom 3 years ago and last week, in the middle of the night when everyone was asleep, the little flip out mirror fell to the floor. Turns out it was help up by two-sided tape. So much for Kohler quality.
