After having this medicine cabinet for about a year I had to write this review to warn other consumers. There is an opening behind the doors all around the cabinet. This allows moisture and dust into the cabinet which needs to be cleaned weekly. I have an older Kohler medicine cabinet with no opening behind the doors and a gasket sealing it keeping moisture and dust out. This is a much better design. I contacted Kohler customer service for a fix but none was available. If you want to clean the interior of your medicine cabinet weekly then this is the cabinet for you.

Poor Design

Looks great for renovation of our master bathroom.

Great addition

I bought this a year ago, asked for new parts and received the parts. Never did the big door on the right slow close! Not worth the $$$

Both doors are NOT slow close!

I rented a house with one of these medicine cabinets 2 years ago and Loved it, so when I built my own new beach home this year, I insisted on 4 of these! Much to my dismay, the magnifying mirror has been substituted with a standard mirror, which defeats the purpose of 
spending an additional $100 each x4 . I re-read the description now, which has been sneakily changed on the website to say that close 
-up tasks are easier. The "magnification" wording  has been removed.  Very disappointing Kohler!

But NOT magnifying mirror!!

[Employee of kohler] This medicine cabinet holds everything from the old one, plus counter top, plus my make up drawer and I still have available room!  
I suggest the dimmer switch for the lighting, very bright. 
If surface mounting (not recessed) do not forget to order the side panels from the "items required for install" link

LOVE ALL THE STORAGE

I had issues with the slo-close hinges.  I received a new set from Kohler,  They worked better

We bought this medicine cabinet sight unseen, as there were no samples in our local store.  WOW...  we absolutely love it even more than we thought we would.   Huge bonus of the mirrors on the inside of the doors and the back wall of the cabinet.  It's roomy, it's awesome and the offset center doors give it the modern look we were going for in our remodeled bathroom.  When we opened the original packing, one of the mirrored doors had a crack in the bottom corner.  Called Kohler Customer Service and they were awesome.  Within 15 minutes we had a new door being shipped to replace, which we received in less than a week.  The door was very easy to replace and the new door was perfect.  We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this cabinet.  Can't say enough good things about the quality of the workmanship and the great customer service we received when calling about the problem.
