This shower set was installed 2 years ago and the diverter in the tub spout no longer stays up. I would like a full replacement please.

This set is terrible. The tub spout is the worst design I have seen and has come loose many times from the wall. It’s 2 pieces and way too long. And it’s only held on by a tiny set screw. And it’s very heavy. So ever time you pull the lever for the shower it pulls up on the whole spout and loosens from the wall. Save yourself the trouble and don’t buy this. I wish I could return it but it’s all installed.
