Horrible Finish shows water spots bad, tried several cleansers and after one shower spots again. We have city water and have no issues with our other shower fixtures.

Love the look of this shower head! Vet classic and easy to install. Water pressure is good too! We just installed so no maintenance yet! I definitely like the shower upgrade we used the matte black color and it looks so good!

It is ok quality, but much of it is plastic--the shower head and splash plates, and handle are plastic. I suppose you could say the important part is metal and that seems to be good quality--but I could have bought a non Kohler brand off amazon that had a bit more styling for half the price.  I went with Kohler because i was done buying cheap quality stuff.  I feel I got expensive priced, cheap quality stuff.

not quite what I expected

I love it, it's the best shower faucet in the world, super modern and beautiful. I loved installing it in my bathroom. It's the best I've ever had, and it's very good quality and excellent price. I highly recommend it.

The best shower in the world I loved it

Super easy to install. Instructions were very clear. It adapted to my shower easily. The different settings are great and my water pressure has improved with this product. It looks clean and modern.

I was stunned to unpack this and find that the black matte was plastic. The round plate that goes on the wall is a thin little piece of plastic. Think of a child’s cheap toy or a board game piece. The shower head is also plastic. Sent it right back.

Made of Plastic

The polished chrome finish is high quality. The  metal is thicker than many competitors. Thicker means more durable. The installation process is pretty typical. The overall look is appealing and like a high end product.
