I bought this product for a complete shower/bath build in 2016. It looks great, but the chromed surfaces need to be cleaned a lot because they accumulate water marks/spots. But worse, both the temperature valve and (especially) the diverter need to be removed, cleaned or replaced. They stick, and make it very hard for my wife to adjust. The diverter gets so it can;t be pushed or pulled without using a pair of pliers. And trust me, Kohler Temp-Rite products cost a small fortune, so we thought we were getting a zero-issue product. Wrong.

Designed for simple use, but sticky parts reduce optimal performance.
