Main Global Footer Experience Fragment

The hot and cold indicators are not in a lighter color than the faceplate making them very difficult to read for guests.  The pictures would have you believe the H and C indicators are painted a different color.  Not the case at all.  I called Kohler on this matter, and their representatives agreed after looking at the Kohler website pictures of the piece.

This is beautiful and looks amazing. But the black finish has already started to peel off and it’s barely been a month.

Buying directly from Kohler turned out to be the best experience. The customer service is helpful and courteous. The shipping was fast and the packaging excellent. Just love the way the shower handle and valve works.  It's smooth and effortless.  It's the best quality and looks beautiful.

High Quality

We have had the RITE -TAMP shower valve with LEVER HANDLE TRIM in use for 3 months.  Everything is great, I just wonder where this inovation has been.  Everyone should demand the RITE-TEMP vavle and TRIM from their plumber.
