I am also very disappointed with this Kohler product. Like other reviews my spout diverter has broken from regular use aswell. This wasn't a cheap purchase so didnt except cheap performance. I guess you dont get what you payfor anymore.

This should be some kind of recall. I would imagine this has happened to every maxton. 

I would hope a big company like Kohler would want to keep a good reputation about their products

Very disappointed with this Kohler product, the spout diverter has broken from regular use and now I am unable to shower.  Given the amount of money I paid for this product, I would have expected it to last longer than it has.

We have always used Kohler and loved the style and quality, but we put these Maxton shower/tub  sets in our bathrooms and have had a terrible time with them. The pull-up shower switch on the tub spout comes off all the time… We have fixed it and put it back in several times, but now it can no longer be reattached so we are left with a non-functioning shower. So disappointing and not normal, based on our past experiences with Kohler products.This set is definitely a lemon!

Huge Disappointment

Purchased Kohler due to being a popular supposedly "well made"brand. This shower faucet has been a pain in the A×* since the first year! The faucet has 2 screws that connect to the pull up for the shower water to come out. The screws keep coming loose and fall out ALL THE TIME!! They're a pain to get back in and the older the faucet gets, the harder it is due to wear. I will never purchase Kohler again!
