Love the look, feel and design. Great flow of water from the shower head. The spout drops a little due to the acrylic surround installed, need to add some support behind the acrylic to support the spout better.

I purchased this in the fall of 2022. In July 2023, we discovered a major flooding problem with this bathtub fixture. Whenever we pulled the handle to go from bath to shower, the water rushed out of the ring and had been flooding our floors for months, how long we don't know. Our experienced plumber thinks it's a defect in the parts. This became a very expensive defect for us. It costs tens of thousands of dollars to repair the water damage to our wood floors.

The first time I went to use the shower/tub..there was an issue. The shower will not turn off when I run the tub. It is brand new...Kohler products have been reliable in the past...what happened?
