I say for years to remodel my bathroom and used only Delta products. This diverter is absolutely awful. Does it do its job? Absolutely but let’s look at the temperature control… I’ve had a plumber out here twice since installation to see if there was any way to get cold water or at least lukewarm. Nope! Only very warm and hot. For medical reasons I cannot take very warm or hot showers. I called Delta. After the usual 20+ minutes of trying to get through the person I spoke with told me it was the cartridge and sent me a new one free of charge. Not only didn’t it work. I had to pay a plumber!

Worse decision ever!

Looks good and works well! The brushed nickel finish is plastic and shows dried water droplets, but it's ok. Attached well.
