First we had an issue with the shower squealing when turned off only a year after professionally installed. We reported the issue to the customer support email with no reply. Luckily I was able to fix it myself. Now we have an issue with the cartridge and had to turn off the water to our whole house in order to get shower to stop running (none of the turn off valves in the bathroom turned the shower off). It's been less than 2 years with this shower and it's already toast.

I had the Rubicon Shower Trim kit installed professionally during a bathroom remodel. The valve cartridge failed after less than 2.5 years, resulting in the tub just running and running even with the handle in the full off position. The faucet was leaking at least a gallon a minute for several days while I tried to track down a replacement valve cartridge and wait on shipping. Not to mention having to spend over $50 for the replacement cartridge.
