I had my plumer install with me during remodel of our mstr bath in Nov25. We had difficulty putting the faicet plate as the threading didnt mate correctly. As others mentioned in their reviews, the part that threads onto the tail pipe to hold the head is made of plastic ha d snapped and broke while taking a shower. Glad I was able to catch falling so it wouldn't damage our tiled shower base. I have built many bathrooms and used various other company shower kits, faucets;this model appears to be inferior to many.

Poor quality product. Plastic cracks.

We’ve had this for five months and have been happy with it. Apparently there is a temperature setting, however, and I would like to adjust it. I can’t find out on here how to do this—I’m not a plumber. Ours is not plastic despite what other reviews state. Maybe the contractor version is different.

Nice but I want it hotter

We installed this faucet set at our summer home thus I am unable to take a photo. However I wanted to share that I really love this set!  Especially the polished nickel finish. It adds a touch of luxury to our modest bathroom and really brightens and modernizes it. The shower head is fantastic and has a nice firm stream. There are no issues at all with water flow or leakage. I’m very pleased with this set and highly recommend it

I recently installed the Kohler bath and shower faucet kit, and I have to say, I’m pretty impressed. The design is sleek and modern, and it really adds a touch of elegance to my bathroom. The installation was straightforward, though I did need a bit of help for the final setup. Once it was in place, I was really happy with the performance. The water pressure is consistent, and the temperature control is smooth, making showers feel much more enjoyable.

I did notice a few reviewers mention that the finish can show water spots if not dried off, but it’s a minor issue compared to the overall quality. I also love the solid feel of the handles and the sturdy construction, which make it clear that this is a well-built product. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their bath and shower fixtures.

I love the design of this bath and shower kit! It looks great in my bathroom and was very easy to install. Came with everything I needed. The water pressure is great and adjustable. I would recommend this if you are in need of a new bath and shower kit.

Not only pretty but works well!

Beautiful set in a beautiful polished nickel finish. They look great in our tub and are wonderfully made. Kohler has a great reputation for a great reason.

Let’s talk about how beautiful this design is. By looking at the pictures online and on the box itself it’s hard to believe the color and finish of this shower set. The color is  beautiful and super shinny! I honestly have not seen anything like it before. It’s like the brushed nickel color but the finish is shinny like chrome. The design is also very nice and different. You can tell it’s high quality so, I am sure it will last. Highly recommend!

it finally came in the mail! i’m so happy to install this in my master bathroom. it comes with step by step instructions so as long as you follow that it shouldn’t be hard. it’s very nice quality and has a good shine to it.

This is a beautiful set.  The quality of the material is outstanding.  Looks and feels very well made.  The pentagon shape is classy and elegant.  It was straightforward to install.

Great look and quality

So installing this wasn't what we thought it would be. It's more for a renovation or newly built unfinished home. We would have to put a hole in the wall to install the whole set. It's very nicely made and sturdy. Unfortunately we couldn't use the whole set in our manufactured home. It also needs a copper line, which we have iron and can't rip apart our shower at this time to replace it. The water pressure on the shower head is wonderful, though. If you have the ability to remodel, or an unfinished home, this set is for you.
