Great look and stylish finish. One of the tough things is the controls to change from shower head to handheld. Mechanically tough when wet.

Opportunities for improvement.

As usual, this Kohler product, exceeds my expectations, whole new shower experience.  "THE BEST"

Double shower heads, one detachable, Awaken 2 in 1 multifunction shower Combo Kit

I chose Kohler for the company’s reputation for having quality products so I was disappointed that some of the pieces are plastic, not metal as advertised. I bought this shower head/hose combo for the hose feature. Unfortunately there is no way to turn the water off from the main shower head so the hose cannot be utilized alone. The “off” setting for the hose doesn’t actually turn the hose water off. There is a constant dribble of leaking water even after attempting to tighten the connections and apply plumber’s tape. Since the settings are not able to be adjusted to utilize the shower head and hose independently of each other, the water pressure is very weak. Would not recommend this product.

Faulty features

I love the built quality of this shower combo, when you try to switch the handheld, the turn knob is very hard to turn it, and both heads move and makes it hard to adjust the turn knob. Turning diverter knob should have been smoother to turn or better higher lip so you can hold and turn.

This set up is AWEFUL! I tried to return it for 2.5 gallon perf flow and they said NO WAY!

This showerhead is great. Good pressure the fixtures have a good weight and the option of using both heads at the same time on either side is great. 
The only downside would be that the diverter in the middle does not have a good grip on it. There is only a small ridge to hold onto and the rest of the knob is smooth. With wet or soapy hands it is very hard to get the water diverted from one head to the other especially if the water is running. 
I can see why they chose to use a small ridge versus a knob with lots of ridges for cleanliness and design aesthetic, but maybe the next iteration could have a more practical diverter. 
Overall this is a great shower head!
