This was the third shower base I dragged up 2 flights of stairs.  I bought the first two from Lowes and they were warped.  I called Kohler each time and they told me to call Lowes. I would need to raise the right side more than 3/8" for water to reach the drain. Not sure how Kohler can let warped shower bases leave the warehouse.   Poor quality control.  Worthless customer service. You're stuck after it's installed.

The shower pan was delivered today. On inspection there were prominent bubbles along the inner sides of the base. Looks like the enamel is pulling away from the cast iron. Scary defect that makes me not want to reorder.

The most outstanding customer service I've ever received.  One of the two shower door panels I ordered with the pan exploded during mounting.  Kohler volunteered to replace it at no cost to me when I called thinking I'd have to buy the replacement.  Both customer service and the tech department, to whom I insisted speaking to find out the probable cause, first and repeatedly inquired whether or not I had been injured (I hadn't).

This is an incredible product. This is the second install for 2nd floor bathrooms. It’s heavy! and offers peace of mind that our shower bases won’t leak over time, the finish is cleanable and stable non slippery surface.

The pan arrived on time in perfect condition.  Love the porcelain finish and the design of the 4 feet so it sits solidly on slab. Plumber set the pan and I am tiling now. Was perfect solution for a DYI job where tiled pans have huge risk of leaks
