Installed and istalled June 6th.  Glass doors we're to have the CleanCoat finish.  After cleaning the cleaning the glass doors per instructions they look terrible.  Would not recommend to anyone.

I bought this from Home Depot and was able to get it installed.  The instructions were clear, although when I got started I didn't realize that I was going to need quite as many tools as I ended up needing - this project involves using a hacksaw to cut the metal frame pieces, among other things.  Anyway, I was able to get it done, and it does look quite good and it functions well.

My main complaint is with the customer service.  I discovered, right at the end of my installation, that the plastic guide that sits on the base of the frame and keeps the doors inline had arrived broken.  When I called their customer service line to address it, they told me that they were able to replace the part for me, but that it wouldn't be shipped for 6-7 calendar days, and then it would be several more days in transit.  I was very surprised, so I asked if there was any way to get it faster.  They told me that yes, I could pay for expedited or 2-day shipping, which would be either $14 or $26!  What on earth are they doing that could make shipping a 2-ounce piece of plastic cost nearly $30 to ship?  I was pretty upset, and they did offer me 50% cost to ship it, and I did pay $7 to get it a bit faster, but this was such a bad experience.  It's a tiny piece of plastic that should have been shipped to me the same day at no cost.  I'm including a picture so you can see how the part arrived.

Good product - bad customer service

The Lively shower door is absolutely beautiful. It took two of us, but it was a fairly easy process and think most DIYers could take on the project. The quality is great and sturdy. Easily slides open and closed.

Beautiful, easy day install

The Kohler Lively sliding shower door looks absolutely stunning once installed the brushed nickel finish gives a clean, modern touch, and the glass feels thick and durable. However, installation wasn’t quite as simple as expected. My husband, who’s a contractor, had to trim down the rubber bumpers so they would recess properly and allow the doors to close and seal completely. Without this adjustment, the doors wouldn’t fully close, which could have caused leaks. Once modified, it functions perfectly, glides smoothly, and keeps water where it should be. Overall, it’s a beautiful and sturdy shower door, but it may require some extra know how during installation.

Great Quality but Installation Needed Tweaks

These Kohler Lively Sliding Shower Doors completely upgraded my bathroom! The brushed nickel finish looks sleek and modern, and the door slides smoothly without sticking. Installation was pretty simple with two people, and it feels super sturdy. They're easy to clean and they make the whole space look high-end, I highly recommend!

With the Kohler name, this is a quality product. Easy to install and functions and looks great. Installation was not too difficult.and the glass is very good quality, A frameless design gives a modern, sleek look to the shower, I really love this !

Shower door

We had an old shower door just like this one, though it came in a different color. I must say, this new door has been a breeze to clean and maintain! It feels really durable, and the installation was surprisingly straightforward. I'm loving the upgrade!

Love it

Easy to install!  I was nervous but it was totally fine. We went from no shower door to having one now and I’m ecstatic. Keeps water in if installed and sealed correctly. Seems to be well made.  Door slides easily and makes showering a simple step of keeping the floor dry

Good quality and easy to install

Let me start with how I love that it came well packaged. There were no damages. It’s durable and made of great quality. I like the design. It’s modern. We hired a contractor, who installed for us. The cleaning and maintenance is easier for the tub now and I love it.
