Love the shower door in general, however, it was missing the bottom of door splash guard.  A piece of paper in the box said not to return to store to remedy missing parts… The ironic thing is I ordered this directly from Kohler company. When I called customer service, I was advised that I would have to purchase the missing part. Frustrated, I purchased the missing part , but it arrived broken. This is disheartening, because I have been a Kohler loyalist for nearly 25 years installing tens of thousands of dollars and Kohler products in my own and other houses never once had a problem with color purchasing through vendors, this is the first time I purchase from the company directly. The door is gorgeous installed, but still doesn’t have the bottom splash guard. Yes, that’s a Kohler, vanity top, Kohler faucet, Kohler medicine cabinet, and Kohler toilet.  Something seems off not servicing this item…oh well.  Live and learn.  The first two bathroom remodels in this house for 100% caller fixtures… Wondering if that’s the best choice now.
