I bought this holder for the Statement handshower wand. My contractor just installed it and it looks great. But...the wand doesn't stay put. When I drape it over the holder, it slowly falls to the floor. No matter how I position the hose over the hold it always falls to the floor. If I wanted the wand to drag on the floor of the shower, I wouldn't have paid over $70 for a holder. Just another example of Kohler's products not working well together. I am so disappointed. FYI - the Vox basin and the Parallel faucet don't work together without a trip to Lowe's for a workaround. And, don't expect any help for Kohler's customer service. It's practically nonexistent.
