Main Global Footer Experience Fragment

Excellent product, no leaks at all.  I had to keep putting on more wraps of sealant tape to stop leaks; I put on 3 or 4 wraps.  Only complaint is the sealant tape provided with the product was unusable and I had to buy my own.  That is the only reason for 4 stars rather than 5.

Good product!

I don't have any problem adjusting the angle at the swivel, as the other reviewer did. It was tight at first, but once I moved it, it moves easily but stays in the desired position. The magnetic mount works great, holds the shower just fine but lets you take it in hand when you want.
I don't care for the highly difused spray setting, but the one next to it, and the one next to that, that combines two spray pattens, are both fairly usable.
Most of the parts are plastic, which is why the price is lower than their other models, but it's well made and seems sturdy enough. The hand-held part is light and easy to use. 
I purchased through Costco, with an additional Christmas discount, trusting the Kohler name and Costco's choice of products.

Lightweight and Convenient

The part that twists onto the shower pipe does NOT rotate on its own you have to turn the whole base which makes lining up the hole for the hose very difficult! It looks like ur suppose to be able to loosen part of the base over the ball that holds and allows the main part to adjust. However, it does not twist loose as most do.  This also makes adjusting the shower head difficult and I have to hold my shower pipe in place while adjusting, instead on loosing the lock, adjusting, and re tightening
