Get Ready!

You are leaving KOHLER.com.

Meli A.

We purchased this shower almost a year ago. The valve used to turn on the hand held feature is extremely difficult. We were told that the more we ised the valve, the easier it would become.
That has not been the case and we ready to rip it off the wall in frustration.
Koehler has always exemplified quality, but this product comes across as a bargain basement item.

Hard to handle

This showerhead looks great and works well. There is the option to have water come from both heads at the same time, and it's easy to switch settings. I bought this directly from the Kohler website based on excellent past customer service.

Works Well and Looks Great

Paige S.

This is so poorly designed, it is almost unusable. Usually, when you have a hand held shower, you want to have the main spray off.. With this, they are both on at the same time. We bought it because our old Kohler (worked well for years) had begun to leak. I never would have bought this if it was clearer how it worked (or how it didn't work).

Terrible design

I like the ease of install and use, but its a bit large for my size shower 60 x 30. I recommend measuring size of shower before purchasing and comparing space. Other than that its made well and works great without having to install a slide bar for a handheld!

Overall great shower head system

Please see my other review. I only add the finishes are excellent on both our units

Great product

This is a well designed, well made product that has greatly improved our shower over our previous single shower head. The flows from the two shower heads this unit provides are easily adjustable. A powerful magnet holds the second shower head in place. There is no issue of it accidently falling off and hitting you in the head. We use a vertical placement (and not horizontal as their pictures show). The second shower head lets you get to hard to reach areas. Also it is very helpful in cleaning the shower. We waited for the Kohler promotion and got some reduction in price and more if you call them and tell them the Home Depot price. We think this unit at 2.5mGPM works well. I was reluctant to buy it through the big box stores because I am not sure they sell the product you can buy directly from Kohler. Solid product, not much plastic.

Lisa A.

Way more plastic than I was expecting for the price point. Expect plastic levels on par with a $45 option. Pretty disappointed with the feel.

I won't be shocked if the spray shatters the first time it is dropped.

Not the quality I expected from Kohler.

Good water flow but I was disappointed to find out that you could only pause the handheld shower, not the overhead stationary one. This means the overhead shower head is always on - very inconvenient when you're just trying to clean the walls of the shower or if you have a broken wrist and you're not supposed to get it wet.

Disappointed

Sarah S.

The description did not state that the construction of a large portion of this item is plastic. Metal would have been preferred for long-term durability. Also the knob for adjusting flow between the two shower heads is very difficult to turn, especially with wet and soapy hands. A large lever would have been a more usable design.

Not the best design

I like the dual heads and the removable side.
Wish it had a more powerful spray.

Overall nice design
