We were having our shower updated with new tiles and glass shower doors. After searching many options, we decided on the Awaken Hydro Rail and we love it. It adds a modern touch without complicated and expensive plumbing changes. The spray is wonderful and the two separate sprayers are easy to use.

Great shower update

We installed Hydrorail-s shower columns in our kids bathrooms when we built our home in 2018. These are very functional and good quality products. Even the hoses for the hand spray have stainless steel flex covering, unlike some others that have plastic. One of the hoses developed leak over time. Called Kohler and they are sending a replacement under warranty. We installed kohler sinks, bathtubs everywhere, toilets, including kitchen and laundry room. We like the heavy cast iron products. Seems to hold well

Great product and service

I love the look and overall quality of the shower system but the install clips were made of plastic and broke and the hose was not high quality chrome, but a chrome colored rubber hose.

Bought this for a new shower, which is actually kind of spacious. The low flow seems too light as compared to practically ever other shower I have ever used, especially in this space. The higher flow one was not available at time of purchase. Any chance I could return this for a higher flow unit?
