I purchased this item from Lowe's in May 2024. Packaging is inaccurate and advertises a setting that doesn't exist. The packaging says there is an intense rinse setting, but the shower head has a gentle mist setting (not listed on the package) and no powerful rinse setting. I reached out to Kohler and they explained the mist setting to me as if I don't understand it ("the gentle mist spray restores with a thick cloud of silky, super-fine water droplets"), ignoring my question about why the shower head functionality doesn't match the packaging. They advised me to return the item to Lowe's which doesn't serve me as I already opened the package and installed the shower head, and the false advertising wasn't Lowe's fault. I don't think I should have to uninstall the shower head, reinstall my old one, and make a return trip to Lowe's and convince them to take back my used item when it's Kohler's fault for mislabeling their product. I chose this product over the Moen Engage and wish I had gone with Moen instead. I did a lot of research before purchasing a shower head and paid over $70 for this product (matte black color costs more) with the impression that I was getting an intense rinse setting, and Kohler put the onus on me to resolve the issue rather than acknowledging their error.

Not what I thought I was getting. False label

This makes showering so much easier!! I absolutely love the magnetic function when washing my little ones hair it’s so easy to grab and put back!! I just love the water pressure it has as well. The line is well made and flexible not cheap at all !! Love!!

Easy use,  great water pressure!!

We replaces an old, extremely basic shower head in our kiddo’s bathroom with this new Kohler handshower. It’s an amazing level-up! The fixture itself is an attractive brushed nickel with a nice sized shower head. It was easy to install as well.

In terms of function, the handshower feels light but durable, and it easily removes and re-docks via a magnetic system. There are four different settings, and it is very easy to switch between them. The pause function doesn’t seem to work perfectly on our model. It definitely slows the flow, but we still get water coming from the fixture. Not a big deal for us.

I honestly can’t believe we ever bathed our kiddo or our dog without a handshower!

Attractive and Convenient

I installed this shower head and replaced the one in my guest bathroom. The set up is pretty easy and simple. The productis durable and high quality. It easy to change the settings, each one has a good flow of water. Is it fancy looking? No but for a cheaper replacement, this will definitelyget the job done.

Functional Shower Head

This shower head was the perfect addition to our guest bathroom. The detachable handle is very handy. Perfect for bathing pets! This shower head was very easy to install also.

Great shower head!

I really like the overall look of the shower head. Very nice brushed nickel finish. Convenient magnetic attachment works great. The pressure and spray selections are adequate. I use this shower head to bathe my 15 month old child. I wish there was an on/off on the shower head so I can use it to rinse her off rather than trying to position the shower head to not spray all over the shower.

Gets the job done!

In the midst of a new bath remodel so I can’t show this in action but the test went well. Nice power easy to use and not too heavy. Trusted brand with a great reputation. Looking forward to updating this once I install it

I love the convenience of the shower head being magnetic and being able to remove so easily. I wanted to love this so bad because of that, I do like it, but just don’t love it.  I have a toddler who I bathe nightly and I like to be able to remove the shower head so easily to rinse soap off her body and hair. I wish there were more spray options though. Either the pressure is too strong or too weak. There is only 4 different stream/spray options and only 2 of the are kind of practical. The only thing I love is the convenience of grabbing the handle and easily removing it.

Could be better, could be worse

Great brand but I’m not a huge fan of the handheld showerheads. The tube just makes for another difficult thing to clean and the shower head is smaller than I prefer. But overall it is a good quality piece if you like a handheld.
