I bought this Kohler system specifically because I was excited about the built-in cleaning mode. For the first few months, it worked beautifully and saved me a lot of time. Fast forward 8 months later, and the cleaning mode is completely dead. It won't trigger at all, rendering a major selling point of this unit totally useless.

When you buy a Kohler product, you expect it to last for years, not months. The build quality on the electronic components clearly isn't up to par. I now have to go through the hassle of filing a warranty claim and waiting on replacement parts for something that shouldn’t have broken this quickly. I would not recommend this model.

Ide give it a 5 but my but my prone 3-in-1 multi -function prone shower head got stuck on the  power spray I got mine at Costco I love it I guess I have to put back my old one that I also got at Costco my e mail is full so I can't send messages to the customer care and for some reason I can't leave a picture

I was so excited to purchase this item and was looking forward to installing.  Purchased 4 months before moving into our new place.  After the 1st, year, it was stuck in power washer mode.  Can't use the handheld for anything else.  It is frustrating to not be able to use shower and massage function of the handheld.  This was purchased as my Partner is not able to stand in the shower and it's easier to use the handheld.   It's very disappointing as I expected better for a Kohler product.

I purchased this a while ago, and after some use the handheld unit developed a major problem. Water flows out of the power sweep mode while also coming out of the handheld shower nozzle, which makes it unusable. Overall, poor quality and not worth the money

I bought this last year at Costco, and within months it got stuck in cleaning/sweep mode.
This is in my kids bathroom so they hardly ever used the shower head.

Great concept, poor execution.

I bought it it’s been a while.
It was all going well till my 5 y/o daughter (while in the shower with me) dropped it on the floor.
The magnet cover broke and I could never fix it.
I can’t find on the site just the attachment shower head (with the hose) to buy.
So disappointing.

The removable shower head is now stuck to power spray. The set is just 1 year old.

Bought this and the Powersweep cleaning mode on the hand shower part is stuck on and I can not find a way to stop it or replace the damaged parts. Not cool!! It was a great shower head until this broke.

Just purchased this shower head installed it and the power sweep is stuck we cannot turn it off. We have not even used the shower head yet.  Very disappointing especially for a Kohler product.
