Just received my shower fixture last night. Will be returning today. There is NO valve included to turn on the water to the fixture, nor is there a pipe to hold the fixture to the wall. For the price I paid, I expected to be able to install with no "separately sold" parts. Kohler needs to do better!

Where's the rest of it?

For the price. Way to much plastics. Water pressure not impressive.

Will return

Love the look and flexibility of positioning the two shower heads. Don’t like how difficult it is to turn the dial that controls water flow to either or both. Switching shower heads shouldn’t require any thought or effort, nor should it be a struggle. And what promised to be a very cool feature in which you should be able to fully pause the flow at the desired temperature reached, without need of having to turn off the faucet, is disappointingly non-existent. Maybe that’s why the Kohler live chat plumber initially told me that this particular model doesn’t have the pause function. He later corrected himself, saying that it does. Who knew he was right the first time? We had our professional plumber come back to ensure that it wasn’t user error or incorrect installation. It was neither. It may be defective, but who needs the hassle and expense of a return and second installation? If this model worked as advertised, it would be great, but…

Great look and flexibility. Not very good performance

Disappointed. I have 4 feet of 1/2 inch copper off of 3/4 inch main line copper and the handheld unit does not have enough water pressure to function correctly.

Handheld wand problems

Great improvement, my wife can use the shower with lower head by turning the switch.

Dual Shower Head

This product leaks at the seal. For the price it's cheaply made. It's plastic and after 2 weeks it starts dripping at the seal and it loses pressure. I had them warranty it out and it did the same thing. Do not reccommend. Kohler customer service was 10/10 though once you get a hold of them, but it does take time to get a hold of them.

Not worth the pricr

looks nice, pressure is good.. but the function of it sucks.. the center knob is hard to turn and the main part spins to easily so you go to turn the center knob to change the function from top to bottom but instead the whole thing spins.. and if you are short like my wife and my client they go to use that center knob to adjust hand held to main head and they cant because the knob is too hard to turn without being able to reach the whole unit to hold it to turn the center..

hard to use

we couldn't use it and took it down. diverter between regular shower and hand held almost impossible to turn, even with two hands. gpm flow insufficient. too large and ugly looking

big disappointment

It’s beautiful and looks like an amazing dual shower/handheld head. But I find switching between the two is difficult. On that note alone, I’m not sure it’s worth $500.

Good but…

Excellent water pressure, great to have two going at once too.

Better than expected
