Poor communication. Poor follow thru. After many calls it still took over 3 month's to get everything resolved (items ordered, resplaced and billing). Products came in a piece at a time. Most were the wrong items and I had to return and replace.
I only did business with them because the job was started by a different plumbing company and they ordered from Kohler and was waiting on products. When homeowner fired the original plumber I Inheritance the Kohler account. Had I taken on the job from the beginning I would have discouraged the homeowner from buying the Kohler brand because I have had nothing put issues ordering from them in the past.

A licensed plumber installed this kit and it passed county inspections twice (for rough install and trim). There is little to no water pressure in either shower head (barely more than a drip), even though there is good pressure elsewhere in the bath room (two sinks and tub) and the rest of the house.

This is a complete waste of money as a shower, but it does look nice -- so I guess it's decent sculptural wall art, I guess? Please tell me there's some fix, it is so disappointing.

Beautiful but useless

I bought this shower to go in a renovated standard sized tub (60" length).  It is designed to spray nearly horizontally so the spray will hit the back wall of the shower at any height (or directly at chest height instead of overhead).  The slide bar is not interchangeable with other models that tilt.  There is also no indication in any spec sheet or instructions that the angle is adjustable.  There are three screws (two phillips and one hex) on the handle holder that may allow for adjustment (guessing due to lack of any indication by the manufacturer), but they are so overtightened by the manufacturer that they are impossible to adjust without stripping them.  Completely useless showerhead that I'm now stuck with.
