I found this product at our Lowes in Bloomington IN and it would have been perfect for our shower except...it was not available anymore in the matte black finish. The model was still up but none are in stock. Is there any way I can get this in matte black please?

Very nice looking but the shower head has worse flow than a cheap vacation hotel.

This is a great piece of equipment and here is the bit.

CONS:
You NEED I repeat NEED an 8” shower arm (the pipe from the wall). This is NOT included and the kohler version (K-7397-BN) does not show as a recommended accessory or a needed accessory.

They are also $55-90 USD.

Instead get yourself a universal fit Danco 89179. It won’t match color wise but it’s like $16 USD and will stop you from screaming.

The primary connection (3) shower arm to either side of the removable handle are plastic. That doesn’t make them bad they do have proper seals (always inspect this) but you tighten them by hand until it is firm. Don’t white knuckle it and don’t use a tool or you WILL break them.

PROS:
It looks great and it works great. I move the handle and the water comes out simple as can be. More seriously it works very well for large showers. I probably would not get this for traditional solo showers or tubs.

It’s not missing, but it is.

Our contractor installed this in our bathroom reno, and it wasn't used by us for more than two days before the rail pulled away from the wall. The design failure is that nothing fixes the position of the pipe to the top of the fixture, so gravity is pulling at it. The downward pressure uses the top wall mount to lever off the bottom mount. And once the bottom mount is loose, they are soon both off and just hanging loosely from the pipe.

The contractor came back and re-attached and tried to enhance the adhesion with a silicone caulking, but to no avail. 

We would have to drill tile to get this to stay, and it's not worth it. 

I do have to say, when attached, it's a very pleasant shower.

After one year the hand held shower head leaks like crazy and there is no way to clean or fix it aside from total removal and replacing it. You would expect that for $250 this thing would last much longer. 
I have searched for information on fixing it but to no avail so I will replace the handle with another brand like Delta and would recommend you do the same.

Hand shower head leaks like crazy

This shower system replaced our single shower head.  It was relatively easy to install.  It is so sleek and impressive looking, and extremely functional.  The fixed rainhead is large and delivers a great flow for general showering. It is simple to switch to the handheld head function which make cleaning our tub/shower a snap.

So I purchased this about a month ago to upgraded my bathroom and I'm so glad I did it's perfect the power this thing throws out is amazing and it's easy to use since it's all magnetic very high quality for the price I highly recommend this in any bathroom:)

I never thought that a shower head can be this amazing. I have always had good shower heads, but this has blown them all away. Not only is it easy to install, but it works great. The only thing I can find that I would change is an option to have both the handheld and rainshower on at the same time.

The Kohler - Rained 3-in-1 combo shower column kit is amazingly easy to install. Great addition to my shower.  It is user-friendly and is so nice to use for my grandchildren.   It allows you to divert water from the hand shower to the shower head. Love that it has 3 spray variations.  Very nice to have in my shower.
