I never received the product. My PayPal was declined on the first order, so I ordered a second one with my credit card. PayPal billed me and my card was charged. The two products were shipped to me. Not a big deal, I’ll call customer support and see if I can reverse this a little.

I called customer service to confirm that two were on their way and find out if I could cancel one before it left the warehouse or got to me. I was told that one was cancelled and the return order process would begin when they received the product. Great!

A week goes by and the product never arrives. Both were sent back to Kohler. Now it’s been two weeks or so since ordering the product. I called customer service to determine the status of a refund. Two more weeks for that. Okay, I’ll wait. Was there ever a chance to say there was a mistake on Kohlers side and that another could be sent to me? Nope. But, that’s on me for ordering two by accident.

Two more weeks pass and I have not received a refund. I call customer service. Oh, they need to flag it and the refund will be processed within a week. Okay, now it’s been five weeks from order to return and refund. Do I have a new shower head? No. Did I have to call customer support each time to verify the step of the process? Yes.

Just the option to expedite another product would have been nice. I would have purchased another shower head, but I’m a little bothered at the idea of waiting another three weeks.

If you buy anything, make sure you don’t make a mistake.

Customer Support Needs Help

I bought this as replacement, first product was damaged and the company that sold it told me a have to td warranty process directly, i did not wish to do that because is too a
slow. But this time product is working as expected.

nice product but…

Once again, Kohler does NOT disappoint! I have Kohler brand faucets throughout my home and recently added a handheld shower in my bathroom. It’s light enough to hold while bathing and delivers a strong stream of water, even with our low water pressure!

Great hand shower !

If you are looking for a basic but nice hand shower, this is a nice option. The flow pattern is interesting, but really nice. I normally like a multi function hand shower, but for a guest bath or kids bath this is fine. It’s lightweight but good quality.

Nice basic hand shower

KO31918

It's smaller than any of the hand helds I've owned in the past but I really like the sleek design of it. The pressure is good but I wish there were different pressure setting like others. I mainly use it to wash my dogs so it's fine.

cute little shower head.

First, if you’re thinking of ordering this handheld shower did not come with the hose. This is just the sprayer and the washer. What I like is that it’s lightweight. Perfect for bathing my dog and easy to hang on to with my arthritic hands. What I don’t like is that I had to go out and buy the rest of the pieces in order to use it. The brushed nickel is a lovely finish.

Lightweight handheld, but JUST the handheld part

Was very excited to get this shower head but it's not what I was expecting. I understand the single function, but there's one hard stream in the middle that actually stings when the water hits you. Agin it is single function just wish it didn't have the single stream in the middle.

Works OK

We got this for a bathroom remodel project because it looks and feels well made and it’s classic appearance. The contractor’s are delayed on the remodel but have also said this was a good choice for our new bathroom and use. Based on all of this information and recommendations we feel very comfortable with thus unit

Nice handshower

Overall I really like the item! I use it on a regular basis now especially for my three dogs. The water pressure is really good so I love love that. I recommend the hand shower to my father as well who has been thinking about one and he will be getting one now!

Useful but small
