CS did replace but with same model! I would have been happy if they provided a better model.

My shower head doesn't work after a couple months, and it got stuck on most setting, I remember just a few days ago, I was able to kinda fix it by trying to let it flow or turning off and on the faucet but I didn't change the settings til yesterday and now it's stuck again :(

My shower head sprayer is stuck in the mist setting and it’s not the most optimal setting to shower in which it’s constantly leaking when I’m done showering

This shower head always break!!!

Worst shower head ever. Bought it in August 2025 from Costco, and just tonight, it broke and is now stuck in the mist setting. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO SHOWER IN THIS SETTING? Absolutely terrible quality.

Button does not work and its leaking very badly, tried plumbers tape on threads to no avail.

Same issue with our showerhead. The mode button has been acting up and now is permanently stuck in the “mist” mode. We wish that it would just work as advertised.

This was my replacement for my shower head that lasted 3 years. At first it was good. The selection switch broke and got stuck on the mist setting. This TELLIN LASTED ONLY 4 TO 5 MONTHS ITS JUNK!!!

Lasted 4 to 5 months

Would have been a higher score, but we seem to be having the same issue as others - the button to switch between settings has been acting up.  After the first few months, we noticed that the button would push in, but nothing happened.  It usually returned to normal after a few tries - just "clicks"  starts working.  This morning, however, I pressed the button & it would not work.  I waited & tried again a few times, then let it sit and tried again about an hour later - nothing.  The worst part?  It's stuck on the mist setting, which is not great for showering.  Offhand, I don't know exactly when we bought it, but I'm fairly certain it was sometime within the past 6 months.  Just not sure what to do with it now - can't really get a good rinse with the mist setting.  Are there any hints to get the button to work?

I expected more from a Kohler.

I bought this several months ago at Costco thinking Kohler was a quality brand-name.  The button that switches the flow to different sprays already failed and it's stuck on a spray type we don't even enjoy.  Very disappointed with the product.

Don't bother purchasing this item.
