The concept behind this is absolutely wonderful, however, it did not last. The water control knob constantly just falls off and yes, it’s installed correctly by a contractor. Now the paint is chipped off on it everywhere. This was installed September 2024 so we got a year’s use out of it before it looked horrible. Considering the price I would really prefer to get more than a year out of a product.

I like the simple look and function of the knobs. However, the face plate of the hand held shower head (Wand) came scratched and dented. Kohler agreed to replace it but it has been more than the 2 weeks they said of when it would be available to ship me a new plate. Hope it comes soon!

Nice but .....

This has to be the worst product I’ve ever dealed with. Installing it terrible. Constantly leaks at this point Kohler should be reimbursing me for the bathroom remodel. Long story short the water is shut off the the house because this product is just spewing water all over the place

Choose anything else

i have had this fixture now for about 6months. when i first installed it, it leaked. I immediately assumed it was the fixture, but as it turned out, it was my water pressure (too high). It also took 3 different plumbers to come out to get it installed correctly as it requires a level of finesse some just don't possess. However, i haven't had any problems since then and the advertised features do work...i havent had any issues with temp or pressure control like some of the other people on this thread.. Additionally, the internal parts are plastic. Who knows how long they will actually last.. I ordered a second one for its eventual failure. BTW i ordered all of this stuff way before i needed it so it was outside the return window and they already did all my plumbing. I was already committed. If i had a time machine i would get something different.

We installed the Anthem three outlet thermostatic valve control panel with recessed push buttons in July 2022 when we were forced to renovate our master bath due to a water leak in the shower pan. We have had nothing but issues with this control panel.  First the plumbers had issues with the install.  We had to have a Kohler certified plumber come out to get it to work when first installed. It took 7 visits from the Kohler certified plumber between July 2022 to October 2022 to get it to work.  We couldn't change it out for another type of faucet/control panel because the tile had already been installed.  Then in January 2024 we noticed we could only get warm water.  Again, we called the Kohler certified plumber.  Kohler sent a few replacement parts and the plumber was able to get it working again.  Now it is a year later, January 2025, and we are having the same issue - just warm water.  We have yet again called the certified Kohler plumber and he is scheduled to come out this week to see if it can be fixed yet again.  This is beyond ridiculous, extremely frustrating and not at all what I would expect from a Kohler product.  Kohler needs to make this right by either fixing the issues with the product and providing us with an entirely new product that will work for more than a year OR help us resolve this issue so that we have a working shower that allows us to adjust the water temperature in the shower.

Worst product ever! Do not buy!

I have had this since July 2023 in my new construction.  Definitely you need someone with EXPERIENCE to install them, and then you will have some issues...  JUST look as some YouTube videos and try fixing them on your own -it is fairly simply once you get the hang of it.  WHY install these with so many problems? Because once you get them going -you won't come back to regular.  I have 4, 2 in the master bath -the best part of my day SHOWER!

Takes a while to get it going

Worked great and I raved about it for about a year and a half. Then, I removed the temp control knob to put on a body spray icon plate (which I waited 2 years (yes years) to get and then knob stopped working. Spent hours on the phone. They sent a service person out. To my relief , I thought they had it fixed but the same day / first shower using it again it went bad again. Seems like a lot of people are having the same problem. I bought another one that I planned to use in an upcoming renovation but now rethinking. It is a shame because it could be such a great product

Worked great until it didn’t

I had this product  installed in my new bathroom this spring and I still cannot use the shower. No water pressure, no temperature control, can't use the hand shower or body sprayers. I am disabled and tested this product to make sure it had ease of use. IT DOES NOT HAVE ANY USE!  How can Kohler sell a defective product like this? I am afraid that I will get burned as I cannot control the temperature. I have spent more money on plumbers (who have spoken with Kohler) coming out to try to fix it than I spent on the entire bathroom! Disgraceful!

Horrible piece of crap

We built a new house and put this in our master shower.  We moved in Oct 23' and after a few months one morning it all of the sudden reduced to a trickle and then no water flow within 10 seconds.  After turning and pushing knobs to make sure something wasn't sticking I reached out to Kohler service and was advised to cycle the Hot and cold cartridges to ensure they weren't in the closed positions, they were not.  I removed them to check the filters thinking there might be something clogging them being they our home was "new construction"  Nothing was clogging the filters.  What I did find was a loose rubber gasket (o Ring) (Hot water only) which I assume had blocked the flow.  I put the rubber O ring back into place and re installed the cartridge.  Everything worked fine for another few months and the same occurred again.  This time I followed the same procedure as above but did not see anything obviously wrong, so I put the cartridges back into place and everything worked again.  Now May 20th it has happened yet again.  When I purchase a plumbing product new I expect for it to last 15+ years with no issue.  I have now had 3 issues (recurring) in less than a year.  This is beyond disappointing from a brand I have used for 20 years over the last 3 homes I have owned.
