Long story short, after 2 years of struggling with it, it's get not working.

Worst Control ever

I bought the two outlet one with an overhead and a hand shower. 
My handyman that renovated the bathroom installed it and my plumber checked it after. For one year (the warranty, ironically), the shower worked beautifully. Then one morning it stopped giving me hot water and makes a strange whirring sound when turned to the hot setting. 
I've had two people look at it and neither so far could fix it. If I redo this I will need to redo the whole bathroom because of how it was tiled.

This was amazing, until it stopped working.

Just got this valve installed and see the same issues as other reviewers here. Flow control range is extremely limited, valves "vibrate" and are noisy at low flow, and temperature doesn't go above warm. Had expected way better from a Kohler product. I thought these were singular issues but seems consistent with this product. Should've known better, would avoid.

Consistent Issues

Ours started to fail within the year, and after many repairs it continues to fail, with water flow practically coming to a halt each time. Run of the mill plumbers have no idea how to fix. Only a technician specifically sent by Kohler was able to address the problem, and even he said the system would continue to fail, and the company knows it. Instead of acknowledging the product is defective and agreeing to refund or replace, Kohler suggests I have some problem with hard water, never mind the fact that this is the only faulty system in a condo building with several residential units. The problem is not my water. The problem is the Kohler product. Spare yourself the wasted time and money; do not buy.

Do not buy

I agree with everything Dinu mentions in their review below. While the unit looks fantastic it has never functioned properly. The keys are sticky and sometimes have to be pressed multiple times, the volume control has never functioned properly. The degree of volume change is imperceptible when you turn the knob up and down. The range of temperature is poor. It does look fantastic - but a shower control should function properly rather than look sleak. Don't waste your money - get a traditional valve cover that functions properly.

Dont Buy - Doesnt work well - but it looks nice

The overall fit and finish is pretty good. I had to shim one of the cover plates to make it click into place. I like the look and the idea of a simple system where each button has a clear function
The problem is that the functions don't really work.
Each function button is supposed to turn the associated outlet on and off. It sticks half the time so it doesn't always come on. So often I have to press and depress a bunch of times. 
You're supposed to turn the water volume up and down with the same button. Again, it kinda works. The difference between max and min is barely noticeable. What's worse is the volume changes as you're showing.
The worst part is the temperature control. It has a detent that allows you to turn it to that limit without scalding yourself. You can move past that point by pressing a release button to turn up the Temp. Again. It mostly works. The max temp isn't anything you could call "hot". I checked that the hot water from the heater is indeed hot and it definitely is.
I wish I bought something else. The last problem is that its shape doesn't make the wall cutout work with any other product. Changing it would be a nightmare.

Doesn't really work

I had this installed this month.  I give it an A+ for the reasons I bought it.... (1) temperature stays absolutely steady when someone flushes the toilet or runs the dishwasher or whatever.  (2) We can easily change the volume of water without affecting that temperature.   I give it a B for two things I did not anticipate.  (1) It hums when one of the outlets is set to the lowest volume position.  (2) The variation of temperature allowed seems somewhat limited.  We had choices of tepid-to-hot or cool-to-tepid.  We elected for tepid-to-hot.... but it means we never will get truly cool water out of the shower.  Have to use the sink for that.
PS I am rating this faceplate and the thermostatic control valve that runs it at the same time.
