I have the K-558-1CP interface hooked up to the K-99695-E Controller hooked up to the K-557-K1 valve. The interface will not light up.

Won’t start up

[Employee of kohler] i have been using this product for a year and cannot live with out it. My shower is better than any luxury hotel shower. very easy to use.

Love my DTV prompt

I bought this for a bathroom remodel following using the same model at a spa. It is so easy to transition between outlets or easily change up the combination in use. The ease of use is great for guests. I have a rain head, body sprays and a handshower connected to mine. It is easy to program with included instructions.
A feature I really like is that it has a digital clock ... nice to use to just know the time or if you are trying to time a shower or product application, etc.

Love it
