Installation is straight forward but you need to be careful when screwing in the handle so you don't turn on the water. Materials of construction don't look as robust as previous Kohler products especially the plastic cover. I am sure it is durable but I don't have the same confidence as my previous Kohler products and I find my self being careful when turning the handle as to not break it or loosen something up.

Looks nice.

It left watermarks instantly and they do not seem to come off. Does not look terrible but not great. Also, it was installed by a professional plumber but he could not test the water at the time because I wasn't finished with my microcement application. And I was not getting hot water, so I had to remove the handle and get rid off the orange piece inside, and it now allows for hot water to come through. Still not super hot but warm enough. Not sure why I need to go through such effort to get hot water.

looks great, but...

Had a couple of problems: one item never showed up and one came without a part.  No issues.  A refund for the first and a new product for the other.

Good products and good customer service.

[Employee of kohler] I just updated my guest bathroom and used this in my shower.  It is very modern looking and feels sturdy when you turn the handle.  It says on the trim hot and cold so you know which way to turn the handle (great for kids!).  Very happy with my purchase.
