This product was installed in 2022, now it's 2026, and it still works and looks perfect. Very happy with Kohler engineering, materials, design and finish. I am an experienced Industrial Designer.

Excellent product.

The overall design is beautiful, the feel of the handle is rich and high quality, the escutcheon is thinner but you can't tell by looking at it.  Honestly, who ever touches the back plate anyway.

Quality where it's needed, money savings where you don't see it.

Love this valve trim with lever handle. So easy to use. Only drawback is that it water spots terribly.

Update: I gave this product two stars earlier. It was installed by a professional, but not installed well, so the previous review might not have been completely fair. There are actually two set screws on the handle. When both are properly tightened, the handle will fit snug and not wobble. Also, this is just a reminder that we live in a nanny state. The fixture has a washer in it that limits the amount of hot water it allows to flow. And it’s not enough for the winter when the cold water is really cold. It is an easy fix once you know this and find the proper video to show you how to fix it. We are half way through our second winter of Luke warm showers. That has now been remedied. It is pretty frustrating that is doesn’t just work properly out of the box, but I blame lawyers for that, not Koehler. Anyway, the fixture is beautiful and now it is functional too.

We've had this going on 2 years now. The handle/knob pulled off within a few months. I try tightening it regularly, but it doesn't stay in place. Additionally, our shower hot water is SIGNIFICANTLY cooler than the sink's hot water, by 15°. If there is a way to adjust the hot/cold mix, I'd love to hear it, because the wife isn't happy taking a luke warm shower during the winter.

Handle and temp mixes are both real issues

We love the quality and allure of Kohler brushed nickel fixtures in our new walk-in shower. Classy and built to last.

Same issue as everyone else, the handle has come loose and wobbles around. Spending $400 for 1 year of use is insane. This is beyond frustrating!!

Broke after 13 months

We have had this for a couple of years, and the handle is loose.  Tightened the set screw, but didn’t fix the problem.  It seems loose behind the handle, but it doesn’t seem to pull off very easy, and I am concerned about breaking it.  Is there a certain way to pull off the handle so that I can access the screw behind it and tighten it?

We bought nearly $4,000 in Kohler products for our bathroom remodel. This faucet was missing the stem extensions, so the faucet couldn’t be hooked up. We went back to the store we bought it from and they opened two more faucets and they were also missing the stem extensions. I called Kohler and explained the problem and was told it would take 9-12 days to get the parts. When they arrived, they were the wrong parts. What a fiasco.
